Course Fee Refund Policy

Our refund policy for course fees is as follows:

• Cancellation before course commencement: 90% refund
• Cancellation within first week of course: 50% refund
• Cancellation after first week: No refund
• Processing fees and registration charges are non-refundable

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please submit a written application to the administrative office along with:

• Original fee receipt
• Valid reason for cancellation
• Bank account details for refund transfer

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the bank account provided by the student.

Exceptions

Special consideration may be given in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Medical emergencies (with valid medical certificates)
• Transfer of spouse/service (with valid documentation)
